Cancellation Policy
At Lucky 13, all color appointments exceeding 2 hours will require a credit card number to be left on file.
If you do not give at least 48 hours prior to changing, canceling or rescheduling your appointment then you may be charged up to 50% of the services scheduled.
If you give 24 hours notice or less, you may be charged 100% of the service and may be required to leave a 50% deposit on any future services.
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the services scheduled. This policy is to help prevent missed/canceled appointments and to keep it fair so that everyone will be able to book an appointment.
For this reason, confirming appointments is very important! Please be sure I have an updated email address as well as phone numbers and know your preferred method of communication. You will receive an email notification as well as a text message 24-48 hours prior to your appointment so you may confirm your appointment.
Failure to confirm appointments may result in a forced cancelation.
